Another African country legalized Bitcoin and it is the official currency in the Central African Republic. Another attempt to do hype like Salvador did to receive nothing? How many of us moved our business to Salvador? How many of us escaped to Salvador from war in the EU? Interesting fact: local businesses in Salvador should accept Bitcoin, but finally 71% of companies convert [BTC] to USD. 

Not sure if it is good for local people, but for the press it is good.
